Noob Help setting gain

I have a JL Audio 10w6v2-D4 and a JL 500/1 amp. I know the sub is 4 ohms but I am not sure if thats what I am tuning it to, since you can swap the jumper wires around on the sub. I left them how they come out of the box. JL's site says 44.7v for 4 ohm, 38.7 for 3 ohm and 31.6 for 2 ohm with a 50hz test tone. Which should I use?

Rockford Fosgate® - Woofer WiringWizard use wiring option number 1.

Use a DDM to set your gain set the gain till you get to 31.62volts.
