I've already told you that your amp is rated for 175 watts rms x2 @ 4 ohms bridged. I've also named, price quoted and linked nice 2-way and 3-way component systems that range in price from $275 - $500. I don't know what else to tell you without getting some useful information.
You keep telling us what kind of car that you drive, but that's not going to help us in the slightest. Tell us the following: (1) your budget, and (2) what type of music you listen to. Then someone will be able to give you a definitive answer and/or recommendation. Telling us the mounting depth that you need would help tremendously as well. We can recommend speakers all day, but it won't do any good if they don't fit in your car.
But I'm going to answer your newest question. YES, the difference between a pair of high-end components vs bargain priced entry level equipment will be VERY noticeable. Not to say that the bargain priced stuff is bad, though. It just depends on what you want out of your equipment. If you think you'll be happy with a pair of $140 comps, then buy them. If not, look into some of the stuff I linked or do some research of your own.
