You really have no clue bro almost all cheap amps are one ohm stable Hifonics maxxonics in general wtf are you saying man!

It's just me I guess. But I just dont trust brands like hifonics. Seem to be nothing but trouble. You get good stuff when you pay for it (as long as you arent stupid and buy everything from crutchfield... if you do that then you are way over paying).

Depending on the price of the amp i can afford two, but i might want to buy an amp that can support two even if i only get one for the present, that way i can always add another sub later right? So for two what would you suggest?

Hifonics cheap one ohm amp stay away from Dvc 2 if your running 2 bro it will be cheaper for a 1 ohm amp dude is giving u backwards info and seems like everybody is on my side

Bro the list of cheap one ohm amps can go for days 2 ohm amps are almost always more pricey and yes Hifonics is not the best but if you grab a brz or something it's gunna do work

I'm not giving backwards info. All I'm saying is that I think it's better to run your stuff at 2-ohms unless you are willing to pay for a nice 1 ohm stable amp.

please understand that the point which is being made is 1-ohm stable amps are not expensive. you keep saying that it is expensive to get something stable to 1 ohm and that is NOT true. an alpine will run you $200 for 500w where you could get 3X that power off a maxxsonics amp for less.

no one cares that you and hifonics doesnt get along. you not getting along with hifonics doesn't change the fact that they are solid budget amps THAT ARE ONE OHM STABLE.

There were only two set-ups to compete with. Both had two 12" subs. One had 2 $100 polks and the other had 2 type-r 12s. Their problems were that they were under powering them and had crap boxes.
