Non-traditional enclosures

Im planning on building a "T" shaped enclosure for my trunk to try and get all the available airspace needed. Its 60" wide, 12" high, and 20" deep (biggest part), and 42 wide, 12"high, and 10 deep on the smaller part of the enclosure. I'm gonna aero port it for simplicity of building the ports.

will this design cause any airflow problems because of the 90degree angles?

Kerf the 90 degree. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif You should really just try to the box out to see for yourself.
I've never done a kerf, so that's not an option for me yet. I did think about that though, but that would actually be a double kerf, and I'm far from comfortable trying that.
