Noise when turning on engine...

I have recentely installed a audio system on my boat, I have the following

qty Size Rating Location

8 6 x 9 (90 rms each) Tower custom box

4 6 1/2" (65 rms each) Interior Front/Back

1 Sub 15" (750 rms) Behind Driver

Powering these speakers I have

2 kickers 08zx650.4 For towers

1 kicker 08zx350.4 For interiors

1 kicker 08zx750.1 Mono D for sub

My problem after doing the wiring is static, engine noise, hissing and more importantly power. I have two marine batterys and it's not supplying enough juice to my amps, should I replace with yellow tops, or batcap, or kinetic batteries? I wanna be able to chill in the water, dock and play the system for at least 2 hours?? Next is the grounding I think I dont have enough and thats why I;m getting noise. Since its a boat I grounded everything to the negative terminal on the main battery, should I distribute with other battery how do I deal with this problem? I'm running 0 gauge from positive to a circuit breaker 100 amp circuit breaker for the sub and interior speakers and 0 guage to circuit breaker 120 amps for the tower speakers, then from the circuit breaker 4 guage to the amps. My amp for the woofer is on the opposite side of the boat so I had to drill on the hull to shorted the distance and the run is 5 feet for power and ground, the other amps are very close to the batteries. Need help? Anybody?
