noise violation WTF!!

U shouldn't be able to get a ticket after u had already been inside a building and 20 ft away from ur car.... That would be like me speeding 70 in a 30 and getting home and goin to take a nap and then the cop waiting outside my house and saying oh well u were doing 70 in a 30 2 hours ago

i believe legally they have to pull you over while youre doing it. they cant wait and then go back and say you were. id deff bring it to court and fight it and explain it all to the judge

I guess there is a benefit of me never being able to get loud in my vehicles, no tickets //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

You could win in court, but for nothing more than a noise violation you would spend more to fight it than just to pay the fine. Cops write tickets for profits, no one cares if you did it or not, the reason they would dismiss the ticket is because you have the ability to fight it untill its no longer worth their time.

Reminds me of this guy I read about who spent something like $45,000 on a GPS expert to prove he wasn't speeding to get out of like a 150$ ticket. That shouldn't be legal, you should be able to sue the state for writing you a false ticket and putting you out that much money.
