Noise, Thumping, Vibration?? PLZ Help

Everything has been going great with my new lvl 4s since I got them, Once I got everything tuned in right I have been loving life. Its been really nice out here so I've been riding my bike a lot and let my truck sit for about 2 weeks without even starting it (Mybad). The truck has Air Ride and an alarm they were both on the whole time so Needless to say it killed my red tops. I charged them up no big deal everything is running fine. I reset my EQ pretty much exactly the same as B4 and I didnt touch the amps, wires or settings at all.

I took the truck for a ride and now Im getting some noise coming through my subs... volume all the way down I still here it all the way up it gets louder. I feel the sub and they are moving, someone said turn the LP off and see what happens. It does the same thing but a lot louder. Any idea whats going on. (Set up in sig)

you charge the batts on or off the truck?

prob todo with the settings on the deck or eq being reset (usually turns off any hpf and lpf and you'll loose all your pre-set radio stations)

I charged them in the truck @ 2amp for hours, once they were both at 80% I let the alternator take over

I did lose all my per sets and HU settings, I'll have to dubble check the HU make sure it didn't do something crazy
