Noise problem

First off, for reference, my setup...

Head

Pioneer DEH-7800MP

Amp

Kicker kx700.5

Speakers

MB Quart premier 5.25

Alpine type-r 6x9

Subwooofer

Alpine type r 12" wired to 2ohm

I just wired this up today and the noise I am getting seems to come from any motor within the car. It is like a whining drone sound with popping. When the engine and a/c blower are off, i can hear the spinning of the motor within the cd player. When i put it into AUX mode, the popping and whining go away. If i turn the engine or the a/c blower on, it goes crazy with noise.

this is the third amp/configuration and the first with this problem...

i had the same problem and it was something wrong with the power cable, i popped a new one in and it went totally away. But try changing your grounds first before you go out and buy another power cable though

i'll try that tomorrow, however its all the good monster true 4awg straight off the roll..

any other possibilities?

is it brand new power cable? mine was about a year and a half old which could have had a power surge on it, which i didnt understand why my fuse didnt blow but stil is it brand new? if so and that doesnt work check your ground again and make sure its PURE METAL TO METAL. if that doesnt help go to CC and get noise reducers, they go on the RCAs.

Is the noise coming from all the speakers or just 1? I'm having a very similar problem at the moment except the noise is coming from only 1 speaker. I think I might have a bad RCA output but not sure.

replaced ground wire and bolted it to frame, no luck same deal.. tried removing capacitor, no luck. checked rca cables, fine. any other possibilities? beleiving it to be a bad amp..

well, i plugged in my ipod with an rca out to the amp. perfect sound. now im thinking it might be the head? however, the head is not more than a few months old and it worked perfect in my last installation.
