No space on battery terminal

So I ran the BIG 3 only issue is that my top post battery terminal will not accept much on it and I can not cut the factory cables because there are odd proprietary connections to deal with. I can connect one terminal with 0 gauge cable. Which means I can not connect my amps at the battery.

So here is my question, I found a distribution block with two 0 gauge inputs and two 4 gauge outputs. I was thinking of going alt to one of the inputs, connect the other input to the battery, yes other input to the battery, and then the two 4 gauge connectors off to the amps. Since it's all one block I figured it might be ok. However, would their be an issue with the amps basically being downstream of the battery at the distro block? I know electricity follows the path of least resistance so would there be any issue basically connecting the amps to the alternator via the connection at the distro block or would it be fine since the distro block is still connected to the battery downstream? The battery from distro block is about 8" and the amps are both about 3 ft away from the distro block.

All help is appreciated.
