no sound

Hello

I have a sony touch screen media player in my truck xav-68bt it has great sound when playing a cd or hooked to usb but when you turn on radio fm or am there is no sound it does display what is playing but no sound have checked and changed ant. it is hooked to an amp like i said cd sounds great

It there a power antenna wire in your wiring harness and if so did you connect it across, from the car wiring to the HU wiring?
