if sub worked for 3 days and now nothing

the wire fairy did not come in a change anything while you were sleeping

remove sub , drive it to a stereo shop , tell them to put a meter on it

but if you hear and feel scratching when pushing coil is fragmenting and rubbing

i can assure you amp was in 100% working order

im not saying its the amp at all, i just figured u could help thats all. the amp was working fine, no worries. i guess ill take it to a shop and see whats up.

do you have any other sub you can hook up to rule out the amp? or other amp to rule out the sub?

do you have the dmm on ohms set to 20? if you put it too high(or low ) dnt remember which, it will give you a zero reading cz its too far outta range.

there isnt a way to change any settings, all u did is pick what u want to measure

I know this may seem very stupid, but are your RCA's in the correct input on the amp? If so, are they in tightly?

(Some amps have in/out RCA slots, maybe he accidentally stuffed them into the output..?)

Yes, we've all realized this. Accidents happen though, and it's very possibly you accidently knocked out your RCA's or something while adjusting this. Or maybe you set your low-pass filter to like 100hz and that's why. I know on my GP3k it's adjustable up to 250hz. If you were fumbling with knobs in the dark I can definitely see that as possible.
