No sound help

Hello,

I installed a Pioneer AVH-X3700BHS today in a 2008 Civic EXL coupe. I am getting no sound from the unit I wired it using a HA10B connecter and double checked the wiring. Did I miss something?

have you messed with the settings and made sure nothing is on the "off" or "mute" positions?

Yes check all settings mute off and reset to factory default no sound at all not even through the BT phone

you connected your speaker wires properly? you running an amp or all you did was change HU and everything else is stock?

Changed the head unit from stock to pioneer wired pioneer harness to aftermarket HA10b color to color double checked wires running no amp but factory radio had one
