Also if the radio is not on, and just the amp is on, it's not like it is drawing a lot of current. Your big current draw comes playing music.

Man I hade mine hooked up ghetto, I just have a tiny wire from the batt terminal to the remote, I just turn around and attach the remote to the batt terminal. I just wanted to hook up the system too quik and got lazy to do it. but i changed it one time.

and? for as long as i have had systems...i have only turned my system off maybe 10 times.

i just keep the volume down and shut the car off. then when i leave in the morning, and i start the car up the cd player starts up anyways. its basically never off and its been that way for like 5 years (despite the few times i have shut it off.

its not like the amplifier is pulling any current or doing anything else when the cd player is off. far as im concerned its basically off anyways.

Man i can turn the bass of with the head unit when I start driving at night, but thats the only time I have my bass off, dont wont no fat 200 dollar ticket.
