No Output from amp

i just got a hifonics BXi 1608D. i finished installing it, and there is no output to my sub. power light is on, all wires are proplery installed, but the speaker outputs don't work. its not the sub, it works on my other amp, and its not the rca's because i checked it with another amp. all fuses are good to.

can someone help me?

do u have a DMM? if so turn on sum muzik and put neg and pos of the DMM to the - + of the amp output and see if ur getting any kind of voltage. but leave the subs hooked up to the amp. i had this happen with my 2006D it was my wiring of all 4 subs in series parallel it was not giving me no output. just sumthing to look at.

checked, and theres voltage.

played around with everything on the amp, sub sonic, low pass ECT. has no affect

yep, just got off the phone with maxxsonics, this things busted, now im pissed..... no bass in my car.

x2............... I had the same amp and thought it was doing the same thing. Redid my grounds and everything was fine.
