i called from someone elses phone...i went to use the payphone at the corner drug store but someone had stolen the hand piece ...so then i borrowed someone passerby phone off the street ...to make the call...the case worker apologized for their errors ...and went from free 4gb to unlimited on data for me ...and sent my brand new phone right out...i got it yesterday ...though it was shipped saturday...the delivery people were closed monday cause of some holiday...
