No idea where to start

Alright guys, I have a Mazda 6 which has a hell of a center console. I have had a subwoofer set-up running off of a line-out con. because the console kit would have cost $200 and I wanted to keep my steering wheel controls. (Keeping those costs another ~$150).

However, I'm starting too look for a head unit for my new set-up and realized I have absolutely no idea where to start.

This are the features I have seen and like.

-Aux input for a 3.5mm jack.

-Decent Eq. settings

-Proper outputs for a subwoofer and a subwoofer on/off control

-remote (necessary to keep steering wheel controls

-mp3 playability

Budget: under 400

Don't really care about: Screens, movies, nav system, etc

Thanks guys.

Use the Pioneer DEH-P880 and to keep the steering wheel controls, use the PAC-Audio SWI-PS.

The 880 has the aux input built in, plus has the connector for the wired remote which the SWI-PS plugs right into. It what I use on my 980. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
