Too many good sub companies, do some research and see who you like.

Digital Designs, Audioque, Stereo Integrity, Shocker, T3, RE, etc...

Going with what Loyd suggested would get you extremely loud and keep you in the realm of a relatively minor electrical system. Getting into subs that take multiple 20.1's or 40.1's to get them REALLY loud and you tack on a lot just for the electrical.
