I'm guessing he has what, less than 100w to any given speaker. You would be pretty **** lucky (read: unfortunate) to hear him at all, especially if it's raining.

1.its probably a promotional thing for a company, so it was meant to be gauky and odd

2. i doubt anyone would let it be in the rain, its probably rarley out
