A little bit of both, but its clean and not gaudy. Honestly if those back taillights were stock or blacked out it would look a LOT better and cleaner.

Rice, I also had a 1990 accord 8 years ago with the clear corners with blue bulbs, fartcan, generic intake, rims and rust on both back wheel wells to boot //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Things like that I look back on and wonder wtf I was ever thinking, it was still rice but no one really used the term rice back then I don't think and it was the shit (at least in the hood it was)
