Nice LOUD set of comps

Wondering if anyone has a really good set of comps they would recommend me. I found these cdt classic 6.5" that were 150 rms each and were 169. I was wondering. Would these fit into a spot where 6x8s used to be. And could I run them off a 4 chan bridged or do I need a 4 chan

I'm not a big midbass fan. I just want loud clean vocals with the low end for bass. And when I say like loud vocals like hear me comin from down the street ya dig (I'm white)

I meant low end as in sub. I am getting tired of my coaxial cause they sound like crap with any bass goin through them

Well maybe i don't like midbass cause my rf 6x8s don't handle bass really well. They just don't sound good to me

I think thats exactly why you don't like midbass... this. i used to have some pioneer fronts and sounded terribl so i thought i hated midbass. thing was i hated distorted bass

How are the Hsk165s? And how much are they. I want speakers that will be so loud you can hear them from far awy. I remember seeing this one guys vid on here and he was across the parking lot with his doors open and it sounded like you were in the car from across the lot

Get a nice set of components, then add a pair of Selenium D250 horns. Put the horns on a switch for when you want it to be loud.
