Nfl 2010

ugly loss by the bears. they need cutler to be ready to be ready for the next game, as collins and hanie are incapable
I don't know how I made it through the entire game. Was like watching a train wreck. The Giants should be grateful as they played poorly, the Bears just looked that much worse.

Yes, the team is pretty bad without Cutler. I don't even understand why collins is on the team. Offensive line was just pathetic
it wasnt all the lines fault. in the nfl you are lucky to get 4 whole seconds to throw the ball. he was holding the ball far to longto get any decent protection. also the giants d line is very good. the combo of good d line, bad timing from the qb, terrible play calling, and a mediocre oline play = a mess.

bradshaw funbling while looking at the screen shold be a fine or some kind of disipliary action...horrible.

any ravens fans on here?

I think Jay was hurt WAY before that last sack bounced his head off the ground. The guy does have his flaws, and he did hold the ball too long a couple times against the Giants, but he took a beating. He was probably dizzy & a little confused from being sacked a retarded number of times...and he's scared of throwing INTs.

He's officially out for sunday, and I want him to sit another week if need be. If there's ANY sign of lingering effects from his concussion whatsover the guy needs to be shelved. We're going to need Jay in the future, and right now the terrible protection could likely shorten his career dramatically.

The Bears are going to have to address the offensive line. I don't care if we throw every single draft pick we have at it. With Angelo's awful drafting, he might hit on 1 or 2 decent linemen if he takes 7. Hopefully Bill Parcells is brought on board in the offseason....or maybe Cowher.

We've gotta run the ball too. I don't care if it's ineffective or not. At least 20 touches per week for either Matt or Chester would be cool with me. Jay has too much pressure on him, and he's getting no help of any kind from the offensive line or running game. Manu is proving to be a huge waste of money as well. Wasn't this guy brought in to help protect Jay? So far he has failed miserably.

I want Mike Martz out of Chicago too. He's a major part of the problem...

Good points Misfit, but Forte ypc are pathetic......last year and this year thus far. He is a good receiving back, same as Taylor...they need a good RB to hit it up the middle for some tuff yards. Till then, the Bears are in trouble with Cutler out and two backs of the same caliber....just one is younger than the other.

Loved the Brownies beating up on Cincy! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Also Chargers looking to be back!

Noone's going to pick up positive yardage up the gut with the Bears' shitty o-line, dude. There are no holes, and opposing defenders are immediately in the backfield 90% of the time. Forte is never going to be a 100 yd per game guy, but he's not a bad RB. He just needs someone to create a hole for him now & then.

And speaking of Matt's receiving abilities and Chester Taylor in general; Why has Martz COMPLETELY stopped using Forte in the passing game when he was so effective out of the gate? And what exactly was the purpose of signing Taylor in the first place if we aren't even going to try to run the football?

Mike Martz is shit. Plain & simple. There's a very good reason why he hasn't been able to hold down a job since his days in St. Louis. And he's trying to plug square pegs into round holes in Chicago.

- Our shit offensive line can't protect our QB long enough for him to drop back 5-7 steps, assess the field and wait for the receivers to get where they need to be (keep in mind, the Martz offense is pretty much timing/route based EXCLUSIVELY).

- We don't have a QB that's adapt for a "timing" based offense in the first place. Jay Cutler is a gunslinger, much the way Brett Favre was. He's at his best when he can roll out and hit a deep target. Having a RB to dump off to is a plus, but Jay is ALWAYS looking for the homerun first & foremost. It's going to be a feast or famine situation with Jay.

- We don't have WRs that're smart/developed enough to learn the "system" (Aromashodu). Our WRs are small and very inexperienced. What do we do about that? We bring in a guy with a ******* 500 page playbook. Earl Bennett had trouble with Turner's scheme, and it was peanuts. Work with what you have, that's all I'm trying to say. Bring in coaches that can make the most of your talent. This numbfuck had a large portion of the fanbase and analysts thinking we weren't even going to use our best receiving option (Olsen).

Management & coaching needs to be rebuilt from the ground up, man. And as I said; The o-line has to be addressed...and I don't mean through free agency either. We need a competent general manager that can actually assess talent, and a head coach smart enough to adapt to modern NFL football. Lovie's Tampa 2 "Mug" is worthless....even when it works. Why? Because Lovie doesn't care if they're on the field for 45 minutes & give up 400+ yds of offense as long as they create a turnover or two. The guys are worn the fuck out midway through the 3rd quarter, and they fall flat on their faces in the 4th quarter. It's happened time and time again. Seriously, our defense allowed 3 pts in the first half of last week's game. They kept us in the game until WELL into the 4th quarter before finally getting burnt out. Doesn't matter how bad the offense looked. Our D kept us in that game even when they probably should've phoned it in.

And I thought Coughlin showed some class, and respect for our D, when he opted to stop our bleeding at the end of the game. He gets major cool points from me for that one.

Todd Collins needs to go back into the retirement home. Our passing game is nonexistant without Cutler. Thank god Forte brought his a game.
Cutting LeFevour to bring in Todd Collins is one of the stupidest things the Bears have done since parting ways with Thomas Jones.

Still, we're 4-1 and I'm happy about that. I thought we'd be a 6-10 team coming into the season...

The Bears suck. Mike Martz is a faggot. If you're a Bears fan, it's about that time to start hoping for losses each and every week. Maybe if we finish 4-12 Lovie and his merry band of cock lickers will finally be fired.

That is all.

Your complaining about being a Bears fan? How do u think I feel being a SF fan? We are a pathetic excuse for a sack of shitt...At least 10 NCAA teams could beat us...When Alex Smith gets injured and this injury makes you are significantly worse team, that is pitiful

Dude, I could give two shits about the 9'ers. Don't mean to be a prick, but that's the long & short of it. I'm just worried about my team, the oldest/most storied franchise in the NFL, which has become an absolute cluster fuck in the last 20+ years. We ruin QBs and draft all pros for other teams to enjoy. That shit has to stop.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings if Lovie Smith died a painful, previously undiagnosed aids related death in about 5 minutes.
