Well those Eclipse are absolute beast subs man..... better than anything listed here IMO. One of the most popular custom subwoofer platforms out there.

Just some notes on the Digital Design woofers, the 2500-Series DD2512a 12"s, look a lot like the 3500 series 3510's/3500e's 12"s. If you go to the ''official site''

looking for the Digital Design subwoofers 2500 Series you may get confused as they only have photos of the 2510 10"s woofer, that's why I decided to include

the model # for the DD woofers I posted on previous posts. I also spotted some 3500's photos listed as 9500's, the motor is huge (see 3rd sub from the left).

I've also seen photo's of the 9510's 10"a listed as 9512's, no idea why, probably due to the scarcity/underground factor of the Digital Designs subwoofer line,

in any case the 9510's have a newer design now even from the official site.

I'm lost. You want us to pick out the subs that LOOK the best to YOU? Just chose some and go for it. I can't imagine the situation where the looks of your subwoofers matter, unless this is a show car of some sort. No matter what anyone recommends, you won't be happy. No one can tell you what you like, let alone figure out what you want. Plop down some cash, see if you like them, if not lesson learned and you will be a more informed consumer.

I'm curious to know what price you all have been quoted or heard from a reputable source on the DD subs... I don't really think they're much more than what I'd expect to pay for a good sub. Plus they have the upgrade program for the basket and soft parts... You never have to buy a complete sub to upgrade.

say it all ''your lost'', and I agree with you. Good luck in finding your way back, maybe along the way you can take time time to actually ''read'' what's actually happening

in the thread, granted it might take someone like you longer to get it, but your bound to succeed, one of these days. When you read a book, do you start in the middle,

read every other chapter, or skip the lines on the page, not if you want to know what really happened. You seem to have picked up the cliff notes version of what is

so the cool basket design you are looking for means ****.... you wont see it...

for what you will see... you will see the softparts and a dustcap....

if you want to ******** to the "DareDevil" logo... then buy the **** subs and stop asking people for thier advice on what looks cool to you when all you are doing is hugging DD nuts this whole time.

now personally, i like both SA and DD, but i own neither. hell i dont even have a system thats worth mentioning....

people have been telling you straight up the best advice for you that will sound the best... you seem to be missing it. If you are more interested in the looks (that you wont see).. then shut up and buy the **** subs already.
