Not sure about your particular radio, but on my Pioneer the parking brake has to be set twice. I have heard of others having to be set 3 times. Does your bypass have this feature?
Is this the kind of bypass you have?

My 4100 NEX radio's "HD radio" is not working, but everything else is working. It won't do anything on the screen. I have the brake bypass set already done.
