Newer car sound system upgrade

Gonna buy a newer car soon and already thinking of the sound system. I don't want to replace the head unit but I want great sound and a decent sub or two in the back. Is this possible and how much would it cost. I know it depends on the car...

Looking at 2 to 3 year old cars for about 15 or 16 grand.

Also, are there any cars with already great sound and subwoofers. I heard the 2010 to 2012 tsx with tech package have great sound. Also the new sentra with the Bose package supposedly has two subwoofers.

Would it be better to just find the best car and do aftermarket upgrade?

Thanks

If those factory upgraded system satisfy you then just go with it. Getting good sound takes a lot especially if you do not want to replace the head unit, that means you need to get a factory integration digital sound processor instead which is a lot more expensive.
