Newbi needs help , quick question on speakers

I bought some CDT speakers 1 set of 6.5 comps and one set of 6.5 co-ax speakers link to product below

my question is they say the rms is 160, so is that 80w per speaker or 160 per speaker, what amp should I be looking for 4x100???

any input or links to products would be great would like to find a amp under $300

the RMS is always for each side... so a tweet and a mid

unless they state like 50 watts for the tweet and 75 watts for the mid
