New woofers louder?

Ok right now I have 2 Dragster 12 inch woofers in a sealed box. I am giving each woofer 200 watts. the specs on the speaker are 150 rms, and 300 peak. What I need to know is if I were to get two 12 inch Elemental K series. the ones with the "e" on them. And if i kept everything the same would These woofers perfom louder?

i tink the eD subs with the "e" on them are discontinued. you gotta find them somewhere used...and they are rare too, so expect to pay a lot for them
