How does that 9500 like 4kW? (I assume you have your gains set there) I know how MTX rants and raves about how the T9500 is unblowable, but after beating on it pretty hard, do you smell any coil?

Hows that sub seem to be taking that power? I have had a 1501d running my 12" 9500 for some time now and its not too impressive. I have a kicker zx2500.1 sitting in my room for a while now waiting to completely redo my system, and thought about putting it on my 9500 but am afraid it will be too much power. I might throw it in there anyways and see how it takes the power and just watch my gains. Looks good though!

It doesn't really like it... get's smelly real quick full tilt on loud songs...

But I know how hard and how long to to beat on it... how long I can smell coil before I back up on it...

ya someone i know had a 9512 , and he said it dident like anything above 1000 or 1500 if i remember correctly... but then again he hit high 140's with the same woofer
