New Truck with pics and problems

I finally bought me a truck last week and I am getting around to fixing the minor stuff as well as putting in a system and whatnot. The truck is a 2001 Chevy S-10 extended cab, V-6 with 61k on the odometer . I got it for $7995, which was a good deal until I got deeper. Here are a few pics:

Here is where someone "installed" a CD player before me. Zip ties instead of screws FTL

Now here is a problem for installers that may have broke these before. I am missing this little brass piece on the passenger side. Are these replaceable?? The first pic shows what I am talking about and the second shows what I am missing.

Last but not least, this piece here is out of place. It has a bracket as it should be screwed down somewhere. It looks like it goes to the oxygen sensor area.

The brass piece looks like a snap in style speed clip to hold a screw. You should be able find a replacement or something similar at any decent auto parts store.

I would just go to a junkyard...... you already know where to find thoes parts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif . also, with reguards to the o2 sensor thing, go under a junkyard truck and see what it looks like, it may be nothing.
