I have an 06 dodge 2500 quad cab. I'm looking for something that will fit under the seat and out of the way. I found the box I want, I might have found the subs also just wanted to get some opinions from others. The subs are Boss audios ar12d's. They are suppose to be 1100 watts res I'm under a tight budget. I can get 2 subs and an amp for $220 on ebay. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For an under seat application I would recommend two 8s or one 10. You cannot get good low end response from large subs when you lock them away in a small sealed box.

Also, you'll get much better long term results from a quality amp and sub combo that doesn't boast ridiculously high power. Boss Audio is notorious for over rating the power their amps put out and the power their subs can handle. They're also very prone to failure.

If you're going to put a stereo in your vehicle at least buy some somewhat decent quality equipment....

Audio technix AT 400.1 is still on eBay for $120. And you can get a 2 or 4 channel PPI black ice between $70-130.
