To be brutally honest, you can get 145 hp gains from a chip in a Gasoline engine car. It just has to be turbo.

I.E the new 335i/135i BMW's. The aftermarket chips offer a ridiculous jump in boost on pump gas and you can see close to or more than 145hp gains. Obviously any N/A vehicle would not gain anything near that, or would a supercharged vehicle which has fixed boost.

Just imagine. If your dad lies to you about an $8000 "chip" what else does he lie to you about? Maybe your not even his son?
