I'd cut a whole in the bed and connect it to the cabin. Seal the top of the bed and then install 3 MTX Jackhammers. Very nice truck. My grandpa had one for years (older obviously) and it was a workhorse, never had a single problem with it. If I got a truck, I think I would get something similiar.

First of all when you get ready to install the head unit, the factory wiring harness is hooked up to a silver box behind the ash tray. You will have to disconnect it and the antenna and route them up to the center location of the dash. Second of all, those trucks hold their value better than any other truck I have seen. You can buy a 2001 model for the same price that you can a 98. They built them better back then though. My friend has one with 275,000 miles on it and it runs great.

I love the old chevys, I used to have a 92 just like that except mine was long wheel base. Very simple truck to work on too and those 350s are some strong motors. I totaled mine from the front going 55mph and the wrecker asked if it would crank and i tried and it cranked right up like nothing had happened. But then ****** fluid and radiator fluid started spewing out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Sadly the truck got scraped or resold to someone for parts or whatever.
