Those are 4-wheeler tires for another project i've got going on.

22's for sure, but prolly a nogo on the bags. Perhaps drop it so the fenders meet the tops of the tires.

I just saw a front end upgrade for that truck to the '98 style front end for like $400. Anyway nice find with the low mileage.
