whats a good way to mount the ports....

i would assume weather stripping and threaded inserts or Tnuts

other wise the woof would get all drilled out

Looks good man, nice craftsmanship. As mentioned, look into threaded inserts, they work very nice for interchangable port setups.

no , but i built a second one for a local guy, and used t-nuts this time. he will be going to the next USACI event down here wich is in a few weeks. ill post #'s up of his results. he will be using a Merlon Audio 12" ( model # MEWO-M3-332D ) running off of a jl 500/1 . his last score was 134.3 with the same setup but he was using a tm rush tube ( sonotube.) and it was much to small.
