This is my new test box...... i'm planning on making more interchangeable ports in the future....for the time being i have 2.....the daily one is tuned to 34hz.....and the spl one is tuned to 57hz....

the only problem i ran into is that the spl port is a real snug fit....next time i do it ill add 1/16 to the hole cutout to make everthing fit easier

there is one problem. daily driver box's and spl box's do not differ in only port tuning and area....

since those are internal ports every time he varies the port length and area hes also changing the enclosure volume with it. so thats 3 different factors thats hes changing by changing ports

Only thing I woulda done differently is used hurricane nuts on the interchangable part, so that you can just bolt the ports in, and the holes won't strip. Using wood screws, there's a good chance you'll strip it out.
