Im getting two 23" Samsung lcd monitors tomorrow from UPS.. Hopefully they aren't fubar when i get them.. :|

That I did. But I don't think that a 2 ft. drop would cause this type of damage. She dropped the damaged one, on top of the good one. Like I said, I remember which boxes were in what order on the dolly.



PM PSI for pricing, but they are geared for SQL from what I understand. At least that's what I got...

when are you guys going to learn to quit using UPS???they will keep doing it till they lose alot of biz!i have pics and video of them throwing stuff around and laughing about it!

So what shippng company would you suggest that has a lower damage rate? I'm not a UPS nut hugger or what ever the fark you want to say, and I'm not defending them. I just have a vast knowledge of this exact area, and can tell me from 5 years + of ongoing research and testing, that UPS actually has the lowest damage rate of any large carrier service.
