they told me straight out that the just flip the things end over end and that FRAGILE on the box means obsolutely nothing to them...

UPS is F'n horrible and I despise the bastids. I'm still waiting to get the money from a $400 claim I filed a month and a half ago. I guess they think if I just go away, it will be okay if they dont pay me. But, I'm not backing down.

The sad thing is I don't think Fed Ex is really any better from what people have said.

You gotta keep calling them man. At least once every 3 days if they try to give you the run around. I've never had to wait more than 3 weeks.

I've heard the samething from people. They literally toss packages. I'd like to be at loading facility when they're doing that. I swear to God I would change shape and go the fvck off!

I've worked in the freight business for 14 years. There is absolutely no pride in anything they do. It's not there's, so what do they care if it gets destroyed? That is exactly why you see so many businesses going under. Claims are a killer.... if they pay them

How long from the time your claim was accepted until they called you and said the check was in?

Supposedly my check was sent last monday, on it's way to my UPS store. I called fri and they still hadnt received it. It's mon and they havent called. Come on, they're UPS, they f'd up my shit, they can send ME a check overnight.

And to add to the story, there's this lady that always brings my stuff here to work. Same lady, everytime. She knows I buy and sell a lot of CA stuff so she knows to be careful.

I just-so-happend to be in the hallway talking to some clients of mine when she showed up and I could see the truck in plain sight.

She proceeds to load the dolly up with the two boxes, and sure enough...this B!TCH, DROPS, one right on top of the other. God damm fvckin people and there pissed off moods taking aggression out on other peoples things! skinny little black dude that delivers ups for me around here is the same way. i saw the truck pull up and then a loud thud on the front porch and it was my type r with no packaging.

Yea, none of the shipping companies seem to be any good, it really sucks.
