New system help me with settings

Here is the following on what I have, I got a new system here and I do not exactly no what all my settings should be at on the radio and amp? I am not active

Alpine 9887 head unit ( I dont know what settings should be at for sub?)

12" type r 4ohm wired to 2 ohm ( Box is tuned at 2 @ 34hz)

Kicker 750.1 amp (Still have to set correct gains with meter and test tones but i have no idea what the other controls should be on the amp?)

Yeah your right, that is how it is tuned now, I just thought I had to tune to the box I got and wasnt sure if I had to do that on my amp or radio?
