No disrepect intended but even if they sound like total shit everyone is going to run and but them not over MT because "Steve Meade" has them.
Alot of people i have met at shows here on the west coast who run MT's say they bought them after hearing his tahoe or seeing it on the net.

In essence i predict this will be the biggest selling sub company of the year

luckly they dont sound like shit and are very well priced..also i think thats how it all starts..one famous person gets something and everyone wants it..around here by me in the skokie area all they know is pionner,kicker and jl..so when they see fi i can say ya i can get you an 18 incher for only $600..lol bunch of rich kids around here..

mehmy 12 cost more then that but im happy with it so i wont be going the fi route, maybe for the GF ride though

incrediable..those btl's sound really good for spl subs..most of the spl subs i heard on video sounded like pure a$$..great system you got there man..but now i hate you because i was set on getting the Q series only cause i was worried about sound quality..but those btl's sound very nice..

no i have never heard one in person..but how many people actually listen before they buy any car audio equipment? id say only 10% of people actually hear shit before they buy it..do you think everyone on the block has a L7,hype R,si mags? hell no but people still buy them why the logo looks nice? or they like the name? no because they see them on roe or because some person posts his/her review buying because of a good review is no different then buying because you liked how they perfomred on video,just because i post saying they hit hard,low and sound great does it mean it really does? no it doesnt who the phuck died and made me the sound god..it means for my taste it did but yours may be different..so eiter you wait for someone in your neighborhood to get them to hear them or you go on what you saw on videos and reviews to buy them..my last system was 4 jl12w7's with 1600watt autotek amps on each one..so im hoping the 3 18 q series wont dissapoint..but like i said i liked how the btl's where in the video so im thinking of doing those instead..eiter way i will have another sweet new system and you'll be asking 1st grade questions to the next guy giving props on a product..shit i mean how many people actually hear what they buy before they buy it..lol..by the way i would never recomend a ia 20.1 much better for the money..again my opinion.

I havn't heard the same setups, but IMO The mags I got to know and love were more accurate than the BTL, the BTL wasn't horrible by any means, and it was a **** TON LOUDER.

Dollar per dollar they are about equal. The BTL is the LOUD as **** option, and the Mag would be the more accurate option.

Take your pick.
