Got 'Roids?
i just got a 12'' fi bl yesterday. im running it at 2 ohms on my zx1000.1 to get 1000+ out of it. the spider on this thing is super stiff, is a break in necessary? im very sure it is, but ive never seen a spider so stiff. and also, i have a stock alt and a battery. im going to buy a stinger spv1000 soon, should i use 300 amp fuses on the + wires? i already do now from my batt up front, but when i hook up my rear batt i know i need fuses.... and the zx uses an external fuse, why is that? is that robbing any power from me?

im still new at this stuff, but i havnt ****ed anything up so far at all, so thats good i guess. any help is appreciated!!!

yea break it in. not too familiar with fi bl but all subs need to be broken in. do some research on the zx1000.1 and check the current it needs at idle in amps. once you find that you will know the fuses. i have two jbl w12gti and i need a whole new alternator completely. too much power for a car //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
