New Street A System.. Need Opinions!

I still thinking over my new system... using for Competitions and Daily Driver, ill make a box for each

spending a lot of money so i have to chose wisely

So far I'm looking at:

(2) TC Sounds OEM 10 + Kicker 2500zx

Kicker Solo X 12 + Kicker 2500zx or RD Audio 3250.1d

RD Audio Super Heavyweight 10 or 12 + RD Audio 3250.1d or Memphis 4kw

(2) Lightning Audio Storm X1.10.VC2 10" + RD Audio 3250.1d or Memphis 4kw

any opinions?

I'm playing with the LA storm X1 10's right now. I'm been considering using them for street A comps locally.

At the moment I have them in a 2.1cu each, tuned at 40hz. With 45 in of port area each.

They can take quite a bit of power for burps. They seem to be able to put out some pretty decent numbers...well great for the price!

Good luck finding recones for them. TC is out of stock, and no one has any for sale at a reasonable price.

Those LA Storms are on ebay for $138 shipped and on woofersetc. for $179 shipped.. you can actually buy the subs for less than the price of the recone kit on TC Sounds. Sounds like a great deal, I might just have to test one of the Storm 10" before I make any decisions.

I paid something like 103 for each ten.

I think that they are worth playing with at least.

the build quality on the L7's arent generally the best, a lot of them break from my friends experiences to people online
