lol im glad someone caught the drift. It wasnt a personal jab so to speak but i hate where there is a deal and companies just plain out dont have stock. or have a webpage full of product that all says out of stock.

Almost any sub will blend wonderfully with 275 Watts.

Nick's brief review revealed nothing particularly exceptional with the exception of the price compared to the old Mag. But even then, it is a bit of a hard sell for me, considering what else is out there at the same price or less.

This is perhaps the most over-hyped pre-release sub I can recall. The only other sub I remember being hyped this much for no apparent reason was the previous generation of Mags.

I'm sure it will be fine and I will most likely be buying one, but I guess I will have to wait until another review or more information gets "leaked."

The B-stock BM's aren't for sale. I won't have them going out with SI's name on them. They're just for testing purposes since they won't go out our doors.

We will have 2 re-coned current Mag 12"s, 2 re-coned TC9 Mag 12's, and a re-coned current Mag 15" for sale pretty soon.

Neil, I have to disagree with you here. I really can't believe you typed that and/or believe that. The new driver blended a lot better than the current Mag. Power alone (or lack thereof) doesn't dictate the ability for a driver to blend. The little Audax 5.25's don't really spell midbass monsters, so it takes quite a bit to blend with the little speakers without a) leaving a big gap because the sub won't play high enough, b) getting into peaks and dips due to resonances.

I find this hard to believe also with your exposure to and involvement with many other forums. Also, well, I guess you can call it what you want. I posted something on our forum (on SSA, not here), and someone else posted about it on here.

But concerning the "hype", this is nothing compared to what some companies are notorious for doing. All that was done here was someone posting information that was on another forum. There are no pre-orders, price slashes, release dates set in stone, etc.

Any idea how much longer after the release will there be a consideration of offering a 15" version of the Mag?
