i want to buy new speakers(6x9) and amplifier for my car, budget is 250$ for both

have a mint polk audio pa330 rated 75x2 @4 ohm, 100x2@2ohm. will do slightly more at 14.4v. and a pair of polk momo 6x9's i can do 200 shipped.
