2 sa15s, scv2000 and an Ohio generator 300 amp alternator. Boxes are 3.05 net @35 with 12.85 of port area if I remember correctly. I'm in the middle of planning new boxes with 3.4 cubes each and 16 sq. In. Of port area

Yea it's pretty loud. Could be louder though which I why I want to redo the boxes. I plan on competing.

BOOM BOOM, out go the headlights but probably not with that ******* 300 amp alternator, thanks for turning us on to Ohio Generator, never heard of them until now..

I bet it sounds great and will only get better with the proper enclosure...

They were one of two companies that I could find that even made a HO alt. for an 06 maxima. It was pricey but I glad I went that route....I've noticed most people do them after installing a high power system but I wanted the peace of mind so I did it first. And no dimming at all.

Turn that box around i bet u gain output ..unless it is 100% sealed which it doesnt appear to be

It wasn't sealed in the picture ....however I spent all weekend tearing the parcel shelf apart and sealing that along with a whole bunch of expanding foam around the box and it now seems to be sealed 100% as it no longer gets louder when I open the trunk. What started off as a plan to do a simple daily system has turned into a hobby and is quickly turning into an all out spl build.
