What about building a new enclosure that is tuned a little higher before buying new subs?

IMO, it'll probably still sound like shit. With sub choices you listed, they will all drown out your fronts. What's the point in paying so much for Rainbow Germs if you're just gonna drown them out with overbearing bass.

When choosing subs, the fronts are supposed to be taken into consideration.
