New setup in Toyota Pickup, which one?

Alright so I have a 1990 Toyota Pickup regular cap with just the 4 inch speakers in the dash. So I have the component setup MTX Audio TX4001: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_13533_MTX+Audio+TX4001.html

And thats it so I am trying to decide a new headunit and I have it narrow down to a few:

However I cannot decide which one...which one would work the best with this setup, I seem to like the JVC the best.

Do yourself a favor and stick a 6.5" in the door instead of using the dash location, you'll have much better bass response. The dash doesn't offer much isolation between the front and rear wave and bass will cancel out unless you can build an enclosure around the 4", which is certainly doable.
