New setup I'm looking at

I'm looking into a new 15" L7 and a HIFONICS BXi 2006D

JmanPC runs his L7 at that same wattage I believe. I'm looking at a 6.5-6.8CF box to put it in.

what do I need to do?

here's what I think I need to do/get:

1 toolbox for the back, mildly small.

1 aux battery

18' 0 gauge wire

6' 2 gauge

amp

sub

wood

Step 1: Run a 0 gauge wire from battery to the aux battery in the back

Step 2: Connect rear battery to chassis with 0 gauge wire

Step 3: Mount battery to inside of box with strap and bolts

Step 4: Run 0 gauge from the battery to dist block out to quad 2 gauge

Step 5: Run "Big 3"

Step 6: Build box and set sub in after carpeting and securing box to bottom

Step 7: Mount all 3 amps inside the box and get like 20 million locks for the box

Step 8: Run all speaker wires to amps in box and seal holes with silicone

sound good?

also does anyone know the amperage on a stock S-10 alt? I was told 145

step 2: two runs of 1/0 to the toolbawks: one positive, one negative

step 3: two deka intimidators in teh toolbawcks, wired in parallel

step 4: two runs of 1/0 into the cab, split via distro

step 5: mount amps in cab

step 6: hook up ampzorz

step 7: boom
