just from my personal preference I wouldnt go with anything main stream unless its alpine..Do those Rockford Fosgate T1's hit? Was thinking bout getting two 12's.
what's your budget and kind of bass are you after?Do those Rockford Fosgate T1's hit? Was thinking bout getting two 12's.
for the price mtx subs go for, you can get some audioque, sundown, or DD and be much louder than any mtx subthe 7500, 8500, and 9500 are very good subs...
type r's if your on an EXTREME budget...
ive seen 9500s go up in smoke //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif any sub will if you abuse it...those 8500's could take a clipped signal like nobody's business!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifI can smell my freggin AQHDC315's(new aluminum suspension) when it gets clipped hard, not the same kinda sturdiness/quality i'm tellin ya. I still have BOTH the mtx and AQ subs. I'm currently using the new AQ's. Don't doubt the longevity/abuse proof of the more expensive mtx subs. I've never even heard of anyone blowing an mtx 8500 or 9500 yet...
and they slammed HARD
you gotta admit there coils/formers are tougher than nails though:laugh:ive seen 9500s go up in smoke //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif any sub will if you abuse it...
