New Project - Ideas?

I am looking for some ideas for a new system. My old system was a 1500 watt monoblock Fusion amplifier, and a Polk Audio SR 12" Sub. I sold the amp, and want to purchase a smaller amp or amps. I have a 2006 Ford Ranger Extended Cab.

I thought about buying a RF T600-2 amp, and then 2 RF P3 shallow mounts. Now I'm kinda have second thoughts on if I want a louder system, and less room. I was looking at two RE 12" SX subs, but I also want SQL and didn't know what they were like.

Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks!
