Nobody ever stated it was impossable, just a lot more money then a 16 year old has...But a performance motor swap ~ even in something like that, isn't in the realm of impossible.
Good friend of mine took an late-70s Toyota Starlet (a very entry-level car smaller than the Corolla for those that do not remember the Starlet) and shoved a turbo MR2 motor in in with the 5 sp manual out of the same MR2. No - no small block but it was certainly a quick ****in' little car.
Trust me it isnt that difficult, just some intelligence, and just have a vison and u can do,not to mention I built my first motor for my pick-up a few months after I turned 17Nobody ever stated it was impossable, just a lot more money then a 16 year old has...
Granted - but if he got lucky like my buddy Joe did and happen across a donor car in a junkyard and get the motor and ****** for $800 it'd certainly be worth the effort, eh?Nobody ever stated it was impossable, just a lot more money then a 16 year old has...
