congrats....best I ever got out of my jeep was with one 18" also, a bastardized 4hp that I put 10kw to and popped a 155.6 in a t-line box. Was fun to pull it off and the look on everyone's face at the show was priceless.

Thanks ! I am going to try to make a box almost just like this for a single 18" woofer as well... I have the sub at pretty much maximum mechanical throw now so I need to add cone area I think.
